1. Download ICQ if you do not have it already.
2. Install ICQ while ONLINE.
3. Download ICQ PLUS.
4. Execute ICQ Plus offline and install
as you would a normal program.
5. Windows must be restarted.
Once Windows has restarted, ICQ Plus will automatically
connect to your main ICQ program. Its symbol will be
clearly seen on your ICQ panel.
6. Download a Skin taking note of WHERE it goes.
(Writing down the file name is another way of locating
it later by going to START, FIND, File Name):: DO NOT UNZIP 7. Click on the bottom ICQ button to bring up the menu.




Look for PLUS (+) which should now be on your ICQ menu.



8. Click IMPORT





A new window opens, locate your skin desired. 9. A preview of your skin appears,
CLICK OK

Enjoy your new skin!

10. This maybe repeated to change the skin
again … and again … and again.
You can install as many skins as you'd like and
change them whenever you feel like it! (Hint: you can also set up
your icq to randomly rotate your skins.) NOTE: If for any reason you do get an error, it could be that you do not
have a compatible version of ICQ plus for the skin you are trying to
install. Always you can check www.icqplus.org for the latest version of
ICQ as well as www.icq.com for the latest version of ICQ.
