MXskinz, it started out with two people skinning like crazy, and
then as time went along, so many wonderful talented people have
contributed to the site to make it the variety that it is!

programs do you skin?: Actually, so far I only make wallpapers..
though I do code my homepages to use "skins" so that I can easily
swap graphics once I grow tired of the current ones..

programs and graphics do you use to make your skins? : Photoshop,
photos taken with my digital camera.. Occasionally brushes and
textures.

Do
you have a favorite skin?: Yes, "Spore" for Winamp by Monaux..
I've been using it for almost a year now.. Then there's "Cthulhain"
for Blackbox/Fluxbox which I use on my server.
How
did you get interested in skinning?: I've always been interested
in "art".. I try out most kinds of computer-related ways of creating
graphics, like drawing with a wacom or modelling in 3d. But photomanipulation
has really caught me since it combines my fascination of nature,
darkness.. I think it describes me well as a person. I just happend
to make them wallpapers because it's nice dimensions to work with
and.. people end up using them, which in turn gives me critisism
and help me develop. Now though I work in 1.5 ratio dimensions,
allowing for print.
